Booth Rental

Booths will be set up at the corridor, open-air parking area and first floor viewing area (limited) of the event venue, 1Malaysia Futsal Complex, Precint 18, Putrajaya.
Allocation and location of booths will be decided by the organising committee, based on the nature of your business.
Priority of booths will be given to event sponsors and members of Srikandi Tun Fatimah.
The closing date for booth booking is 20th April 2016 and notification on status of booking will be sent by the organising committee via email latest by 25th April 2016.

Each booth will be supplied with 1 banquet table (2x 6ft), table cloth and 2 plastic chairs. Outdoor booths will be suplied with tents. Rental rate is RM200 per booth.
Payment of RM200 per booth should be made ONLY when notification email is received by the applicant. Kindly make payment to:

Payment should be made within 5 DAYS of email notification to confirm booth booking. Once payment is made, please provide the proof of payment via Whatsapp/MMS to event hotline at 013 6744290.
Payment will be forfeited in the event of vendor withdrawal.

Since the 5-km Batik Run is expected to flag off at 7.30am, vendors are strongly recommended to offload sale items/ set-up booth before 6.45 am on the event day as the roads surrounding the event venue will be closed to traffic by 7.00 am. Alternatively, vendors can offload sale items/ set-up booth after 9.00am.
Kindly take note that the largest crowd are expected to be at the event venue between 7.00 am and 12 noon.
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages which might occur during the course of the entire event.
